What is the return/exchange policy?

If you are not fully satisfied with your ShowerMeGifts.com purchase, return it in its original condition. We cannot accept returns on any products that have been personalized or custom-made. Refunds are made for the merchandise value only. Shipping charges are not refundable. Returns must be made within 30 days upon receipt of order. Returned merchandise over $150.00 maybe subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and ensuring that product is returned in good condition. For your security, please return your order with an insured courier (e.g. FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) and keep your receipt. This will protect you incase your order is damaged or lost.

Damages: Our items are packed carefully using standard industry methods. All shipments should be inspected immediately upon arrival. In case of damage, you should notify the shipper immediately. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Most of our bridal collection productions and baby gifts are made to order. They usually ship within 2-3 weeks. Our engraveable items will ship in 3-4 days. Unity candle sets will ship in 4-7 days. Can I rush my order?

Our online system only uses UPS ground shipping because many of our products are hand-made to order and it would be impossible to ship next day or second day in some cases.

We will do our best to get your order out by the time of your special event. At the end of the order form when you order online, there is a questionnaire where you can type the date of your special event. Please allow atleast 3 weeks for delivery. Sometimes, we will have to charge a rush fee for extreme cases. If a rush fee is to be applied, we will notify you by email. Sure! We can send out fabric samples of our bridal collections. Send us an email to request a fabric swatch. Just let us know what color and fabric you would like to receive.

What are the embroidery options?
